Refund Policy
CAROTA RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At CAROTA, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we've got you — within 14 days.
RETURNS WINDOW
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags still attached
- Free of any odor, stains, or damage caused by the customer
Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense and no refund will be issued.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
1. Email us at support@carota.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return your item for a refund and place a new order.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@carota.com with photos and your order number. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days. We will cover return shipping and send the correct item immediately.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Items returned after the 14-day window
