CAROTA SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During drop launches, processing times may extend to 5–7 business days.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $6.99
- FREE Standard Shipping on all orders $100 and over
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $18.99
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for qualifying orders. No code required.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- International Standard (10–21 business days): rates calculated at checkout
- CAROTA ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are non-refundable.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
CAROTA is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact your local carrier directly to file a claim.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. CAROTA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
DELAYS
CAROTA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
